Key member of senior executive leadership team, worked closely with CMO and network CEO. Responsible for the execution of all network brand expressions on-air, off-air, print and digital cross-platform.  As department head, responsible for creative services budget and leadership of staff of over 25 diverse and dynamic creative professionals. Oversaw original production shoots for show launch, image campaigns and stunts.  Worked closely with network scheduling and research departments to strategize campaign reach and frequency.

The Hub Network was a joint venture between Discovery Communications and Hasbro distributed in 70MM homes.
